A tire lever order was reached within two days

On March 2, 2020, a customer in the UK inquired about tire lever on Web.

The customer's requirements are:

1) Material: carbon steel / chrome steel.  Size: 12 inches (width and thickness 21 * 6 mm)

2) Custom logo in the middle

3) One end must have hook shape for easier mounting (just like any popular tire lever)

4) Surface polish treatment, corrosion resistant, not easy to rust

Customers are very anxious for this batch of products. The customers said that now, due to the epidemic, other factories have closed and no products can be produced.  I told the customer that we can, and we have stock, ready to arrange delivery for the customer at any time.

The customer is very satisfied with us. At the beginning, the customer needed 2,000 pcs tire lever. The factory price was required. I sent the quotation to the customer according to the customer's requirements. The customer said that the price was a bit high, so the price was adjusted according to the customer's requirements. Customers also contact us to confirm the product details, requires 12-inch, without logo; surface polished, corrosion-resistant, not easy to rust; outside the box with cartons, then the preparation of the bag packages, and play ties. The next day we confirm the shipping fee, customers say can accept, and then to arrange a full payment. Due to the epidemic period, the reason why can take an order, because of all plants can not be delivered on time, not for customer service, which for us to be said to be the biggest advantage, we also very pleased with so fast deal, but also because our customers great confidence.
