Note: the maintenance of the wheel dismounting machine should be carried out at least once a month.

Maintenance sequence of tire changer:

a. Check the oil level of the oil atomizer oil cup. If it is necessary to add oil, first cut off the air source, screw out the oil cup by hand, and fill it with atmospheric pressure mineral oil sae30.

b. Clean all moving parts of stay ring and apply lubricating oil.

c. Check and tighten the bolts of all connecting parts regularly.

d. Keep the hexagonal vertical shaft or square shaft clean and apply lubricating oil.

e. Check the tension of the drive belt. When it needs to be adjusted, the adjusting nuts at a and B should be adjusted downward to tension the drive belt.

f. Keep machinery and working area clean to avoid dust entering moving parts.

g. All joint surfaces with mutual displacement and mutual friction shall be lubricated with lithium grease every week.

h. Users should be equipped with an oil-water separator at the air compressor to reduce the water content of the compressed air passing through the machine.
