Tire changer maintenance sequence:
a. Check the oil level of the oil cup of the lubricator. If you need to add oil, first cut off the gas source, unscrew the oil cup by hand, and fill it with pneumatic mineral oil SAE30.
b. Clean all moving parts of the support ring and apply lubricant.
c. Regularly check and tighten the bolts of all connecting parts.
d. Keep the hexagonal vertical shaft or square shaft clean and apply lubricant.
e. Check the tension of the drive belt. When adjustment is required, adjust the adjusting nuts at A and B downwards to achieve the effect of tensioning the drive belt.
f. Keep the machine and work area clean to avoid dust entering the moving parts.
g. The joint surfaces that produce displacement and the joint surfaces that rub each other should be lubricated with lithium-based grease every week.
h. The user should equip an oil-water separator at the air compressor to reduce the water content of the compressed air passing through the machine.
