Business For Electric Tire Changer

On May 5th, 2020, customers from Turkey contacted us and purchased an electric tire changer. The customer needs four sets, requiring the machine to have no Chinese, the color is blue, the voltage is 220V, and the customer's label is affixed. This tire changer is suitable for 16.5, 17.5, 19.5, 22.5 size tires. The ST-680 model can only fit 22.5-inch tires, so the customer was informed that the customer said he wanted to increase the tire size from 17.5-19.5. We arranged for customers to add accessories.

Information about what customers send to us. We calculated the cost and quoted the appropriate price to the customer. When the customer receives the price, he asks if he can remove the tire, install the tire and press the tire. We inform customers that they can only remove and install tires. After discussing with the customer, the customer decided to purchase 4 disassembly machines and 4 sets of 17.5-19.5 size disassembly heads. Then, we provide the PI to the customer, and the customer says that they will arrange the payment together at the end of the payment.

 

The transaction with the customer went very smoothly this time, mainly because the customer was very interested in this machine, so the quotation was very close to the customer's expected price, so further negotiations and cooperation with the customer were possible. Therefore, we need to understand customer needs through dialogue with customers to help customers solve problems. Finally, the order is obtained through price negotiation.
