Causes of tire burst
Causes of tire burst
Two reasons will cause the tire bursted: impacting directly and lacking of gas.
Direct impact tire burst refers to the tire partial breakage, and the tire pressure drops sharply when the tire is impacted. The tremendous impact of violent impact can directly blast the tire, resulting in the entire tire body is short of gas instantly.
Tire bursted caused by lack of gas refers to the tires continue to run under the condition of continuous slow air leakage or continuous low air pressure. The carcass is excessively bent, and finally the tires are broken due to the collapse of the carcass structure. The common slow air leakage situation includes stread nailing, bad repair, valve rubber aging.
Prevent tyre burst
- For tires pressure, valve, valve core and so on need to be checked usually, to prevent slow air leakage.
- Excessively worn tires, more repairs, bulging, and serious damage should be replaced in time.
3. Maintain good driving habits and slow down when encountering potholes or complicated road conditions.
