Common faults and solutions for scissor lifts

Possible cause
1. The horizontal error of the two platforms is relatively large.
Inspection method: Use a horizontal ruler or a horizontal pipe to check whether the foundations on both sides are level.
Solution: If the error is large, you need to re-do the foundation to meet the level requirements or use the leveling gasket to make the machine meet the horizontal requirements.
2. Two-way ball valve (internal leakage)
Inspection method: When the lift rises, it appears on the sub-platform below the main platform.
Solution: Close the two-way ball valve or replace the two-way ball valve.
3. Cylinder oil (internal leakage)
Inspection method: After the lift is leveled, the sub-platform is higher than the main platform for a period of time.
Solution: Replace the main cylinder or cylinder seal.
