Consider the following points when considering product performance:
1: Pay attention to the rated power of the motor. The higher the power, the stronger the working stability. The power of a motor is generally more than 1000 W. Some manufacturers use a motor of about 800 W in order to reduce the production cost, and their working stability is much poorer. Investors can check the rated power of the motor on the nameplate of the tire-blasting machine when purchasing . When the motor is working, the noise should be small and there should be no obvious vibration
2: The noise during operation is low, and there is no obvious vibration when loaded. The reducer is a deceleration device that transmits power to the tire changer . Because the AC motor speed is generally above 1000r/min, it must be reduced to 30r/min below the reducer to work normally. The speed reducer is usually made of special materials and alloy materials. When driving, it must have low noise and good stability. Some small tire changer manufacturers use inferior hard alloy cast reducers, which are noisy during operation and require more attention when loading.
3: The quality of the tire dismounting head is also directly related to the quality of the tire dismounting. Should use high-quality steel casting tire disassembly head, the arc design curve is more scientific, not easy to deform after many years of use, loading and unloading the tire is smooth, and protect the rims, tires from damage. The inferior tire disassembly head is not the same, rough appearance, arc curve design is not reasonable, loading and unloading tires is not smooth, easy to deform after repeated use, and easy to scratch the tires and rims.
