Ground requirements

foundation

The floor for machine installation shall be made of concrete without cracks, and the floor shall be flat, with a thickness of at least 200 mm. The concrete grade shall be at least C25 / 30, and M16 or greater foot bolts are allowed to assist in fixing the lift.

If the above conditions are not met, gravel ground with a minimum thickness of at least 50 mm must be used as a suitable foundation; On gravel ground, lay steel wire mesh with a density of at least 10 cm and a diameter of steel wire equal to or greater than 8 mm. Place a concrete layer at least 160 mm thick on top of the wire mesh.

The surface of the foundation must be smooth in all directions. If the inclination of driving direction is not more than 2 cm and the transverse direction is not more than 1 cm, it can be leveled with a level

If installed on raised ground, it is recommended to meet the maximum bearing capacity of the surface.

The new concrete must be fully cured within at least 12 days.

Daily maintenance

Regular inspection

Check the safety performance of the lift before working every day. The electromagnet should work normally, the locking plate should be in place, and the back plate of hoist pulley should be free from damage. If found abnormal, timely adjustment, repair or replacement

Check the clearance between the chain and the hydraulic cylinder every day. Check whether the nuts of chain and hydraulic cylinder link ring are loose or fall off

The connection with the wire rope shall be normal, and the wire rope shall have proper tension.

Hydraulic system maintenance

Cleaning and oil changing

Three months after the first full use of the lift, clean the oil tank and change the oil. Clean the hydraulic system and change the oil every six months.

Replace the seal

After using the lift for a period of time, if oil leakage is found, it should be thoroughly checked. If the leakage is due to seal wear, replace the component immediately as specified.
