1. Before maintenance, the power supply and air source must be disconnected.

2. At the end of each day, the machine must be cleaned carefully. Oil and lubricate the sliding and rotating parts frequently.

3. Check the air-water separator and oil mist eliminator frequently. If there is too much water, drain it in time, and replenish it in time (use 20 or 30 spindle oil)

4. Ensure that there is enough lubricating oil (No. 20 machine oil) in the reducer, and the oil level can be seen from the oil window. Open the plastic cover in the center of the worktable and screw out the bolt to add oil through the bolt hole.

5. Ensure that the equipment is clean, there is lubricating oil in the oil cup, and the water separator discharges water regularly.

6. Ensure that the air supply pressure is 0.8 ~ 1.2MPa
