The aim “Customer first”
“Customer first” is the aim of our company, Hebei Cloud Import And Export Co., Ltd. We try our best to meet customers requirements.
In the evening of 21th January 2019, our old customer sent me one email for new order 50sets plastic car ramp. The customer asked for the stock and she need ed to ship on 28th January. As to the schedule, we have big problem with production and shipping. One is because the spring festival is very near. Mostly inland transportation has stopped. If we could find a truck, we have to ship before the end of 22th January if we hope the goods is put in the container, which is in Ningbo. So the time is in a hurry. So in the early morning, I firstly confirm the stock of plastic car ramps and then print the marks of customer. At the same time, we called every Logistics company to find a driver. In the noon, we find a driver, though the shipping cost is double higher than other time. Though we did not receive any deposit from customer, we shipped the goods to customer.
All these because our aim is “Customer first ”. Of course, Trust is a very important fact between us.
