The purpose of safe operation of large tire changers
This regulation is used to guide the tire changer operator to operate and use the equipment correctly, and is suitable for guiding the safe operation of the company's tire changer's operation area.
Operating procedures
1) Tire removal method.
(1) Place the tires in a clean place and remove any lead from the rims.
(2) Compress the tire with the rim detachment piece to separate it from the rim.
(3) Tighten (or clamp) the tire on the workbench, adjust the position between the disassembly head and the tire, and lock it tightly.
(4) Apply lubricant to the edges of tires and steel rims (soap water can also be used)
(5) The crowbar does not have to be pulled out with the edge of the Tiong Biao River to the disassembly head. At this time, the workbench can be rotated clockwise to remove the tire. Use the same method to remove the tire on the other side.
(6) For tires with a low flat rate, the pressure arm and pressure plate can be used to fully rotate the tire arm for easy disassembly.
2) Install the tire
(1) Apply grease to the inside edge of the tire.
(2) Fix the steel ring on the chuck by means of tire removal, place the tire on the steel ring downwards, and confirm the position of the air eye.
(3) Move the arm to press against the edge of the tire, press the pedal, and gradually press the tire into the rim.
(4) Using the same method, press the upper tire into the rim to complete the tire installation.
(5) An additional arm pressure plate can be used to assist in the work.
3) Tire inflation
(1) Be sure to pay attention to safety when inflating the tire.
(2) Observe the pressure gauge to prevent the tire from jumping and causing personal injury.
(3) Seat belts can be installed if necessary.
4) Maintenance and precautions
(1) The power and air supply must be disconnected before performing maintenance.
(2) After the daily work is finished, the machine must be carefully wiped. Always lubricate the sliding and rotating parts.
(3) Check the air-water separator and the mist filter frequently. When there is too much water, it will be released in time, and the amount of oil can't be replenished in time (using 20th or 30th spindle oil)
(4) Ensuring that there is sufficient lubricant (No. 20 mechanical oil) in the reducer. The oil level can be seen from the oil window. Open the plastic cover in the center of the worktable and unscrew the bolts to refuel the bolt holes.
(5) Ensure that the equipment is clean, lube oil is guaranteed in the oil cup, and the water separator periodically discharges water.
(6) Ensure that the supply pressure is 0.8 ~ 1.2Mpa.
