1. The left and right supports are high and low, so that the rotor moves or the journal plane is rubbed with the support.
2. The supporting block is severely worn or the roller runout increases.
3. There is dirt at the support and no lubricating oil is added.
4. The foundation of the balancing machine does not meet the requirements, the bottom joint surface is not pad solid, the anchor bolt is not fastened, or on the floor, causing resonance.
5. The output signal of sensor is abnormal.
6. Fastening screws at movable parts on the support frame are not fastened.
7. Transmission belt does not meet the requirements, there are obvious seams. Photoelectric head is not on the positive and negative light paper, photoelectric head mirror blur, photoelectric head position deflection caused.
