Daily maintenance, maintenance

Only professionals can carry out maintenance work. Before carrying out any maintenance work, the power supply should be disconnected and the power plug should be within the monitoring range of the maintenance personnel. At the same time, turn off the air source and push the gas switch to the Off position and step on the foot of the large cylinder and Twist and clamp the control handle of the cylinder to exhaust the remaining compressed air in the machine. In order to use the disassembly machine correctly and extend its service life, regular repair and maintenance according to the instructions are necessary, otherwise the operation and reliability of the machine will be affected, and the operator or people near the machine may be injured.

Note: The maintenance of the wheel disassembler is at least once a month.

30. Check the oil level of the oil cup of the lubricator. If you need to add oil, first cut off the air source, unscrew the oil cup by hand, and fill it with air pressure mineral oil SAE30.
31. Clean all moving parts of the support ring and apply lubricant.
32. Regularly check and tighten all bolts of the connecting parts.
33. Keep the hexagonal vertical shaft or square shaft clean and apply lubricant.
34. Check the tension of the transmission belt. When adjustment is needed, adjust the adjustment nuts at A and B downwards to achieve the effect of tensioning the drive belt.
35. Keep the machinery and work area clean to prevent dust from entering the moving parts.
36. Lithium-based grease oil should be used for lubricating the joint displacement surface and friction joint surface each week.
37. The user should be equipped with an oil-water separator at the air compressor to reduce the water content of the compressed air passing through the machine.
