- The tire with good rubber but soft and thin, tires are slipped when we shoveling it by air chipper, we can control the pedal by lifting the air chipper slightly. At the same time we can push the tire inward, making sure the scavenger closed to the fracture. Then the tires can be propped up with legs or hands to prevent the tire from retracting and then control the pedal again, which making it easier to shovel the tires.
- For long-time using tires, they are subjected to internal air pressure for a long time. The heat was from the friction between the tire and ground will lead to the joint of tire and steel rim. We can dissolve the detergent in the water first, when the tire is difficult to shove by air chipper. some solution can be brushed on the aramid and steel ring with a small brush. After the solution seeps into the gap, the tire can be shoveled with the air shovel easily.
For the tire with hard fracture, it is easier to change it with a trolley spring steel plate and a self-made lengthened crowbar. When installing the tire, pressing the tire belly with both hands. When the difference is about 200mm and the fracture is at the tightest position, press the right elbow to force the tire belly. At the same time, the left hand pushing the tire clockwise to prevent the motor and the V-belt from slipping,which also protects the motor.
