Truck Vulcanizing Machines

The truck tire vulcanizing machine is used for local vulcanization and repair in the case of tire bursts, cracks, hard injuries or large wound areas. It can heat the tires on three sides. The body is equipped with 17.5-23.5 general aluminum film and is heated. The tube is designed directly inside the aluminum film.

The truck tire vulcanizing machine is mainly used for repairing 900-1200 type engineering vehicle tires. The repairing needs to be equipped with airbags.

The repaired tire will not age or deform, and can drive under normal load. It is also controlled by an independent temperature control box, 360 minutes timing and manual options are available, the repaired temperature is controlled by a pointer temperature controller, the temperature is accurate and stable, the three sides of the heating are controlled by separate switches, and the heating and constant temperature are both indicated by signal lights.
