Use method and precautions of car lifts machine

1.Before use, remove the equipment and sundries that hinder the operation near the car lifts machine, and check whether the operating handle is normal.

2. Operating mechanism sensitive and effective, hydraulic system does not allow creep phenomenon.
3. When supporting the vehicle, the four corners should be on the same plane, and the height of the rubber cushion should be adjusted so that it is in contact with the supporting part of the vehicle chassis.
4. When supporting the vehicle, the vehicle should not be supported too high, after supporting the four brackets should be locked.
5. After the lift vehicle pulls in, the lift support block should be adjusted and moved to correct the specified lift point of the vehicle.
6. Person should leave the vehicle when car is being lifting. When lifting to the required height, safety locking pin must be inserted and safety and reliability must be ensured before starting the operation under the vehicle.
7. Except for low income and minor repair items, other cumbersome and heavy work, do not operate on the lift repair.
8. Car lifts shall not take off or land frequently.
9. When we lift a car, lift steadily and land slowly.
10. It is strictly prohibited to lift the elevator when someone is working.
11. If the operating mechanism is not working properly, the motor is not synchronized, the bracket is uneven or the hydraulic part is leaking oil, please report to repair in time, and do not operate with disease.
12. Work is completed, should be cleared of debris, cleaning around the lift to keep the site clean and tidy.

13.Regularly (half a year) remove the water in the lifting engine oil cylinder and check the oil quantity. If the oil quantity is insufficient, fill the pressure oil of the same grade in time. At the same time, check lubrication, lifting gear and seam strip.
